Justin Litterelle, Director of Cultural Programming
A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Justin Litterelle graduated from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Justin began his hospitality career in 2003 in Atlantic City and later moved to Las Vegas to work in various marketing roles at The Mirage and Bellagio. From 2007 to 2010, Justin was Vice President of Business Development for Las Vegas Nightlife Group, a hospitality group at Wynn Las Vegas. Prior to joining Kimpton in 2015, Justin spent four years in Macau, China in the roles of Director of Marketing and Director of Entertainment at City of Dreams Casino and Resort.
David Yike, Lounge Supervisor
Dave was born and raised in Philadelphia and has been working in nightlife and entertainment for six years as a VIP Host. He has worked at such places as Sumo Lounge and Recess, as well as having spent seven years working in music and film. He recently moved back to the Philadelphia area from Los Angeles and is excited to be a member of the Stratus team.
Jorge Chicas, Executive Chef
Chef Chicas culinary roots spans the globe, yet he is right at home here in the cradle of American history serving up some of the city's best tavern fare just steps from the nation's most historic sites. Chicas attended Maryland's L'Academie de Cuisine and New York's Culinary Institute of America. Which prepared him to man the helm of such notable places as the opening Executive Chef at Washington D.C.'s popular and acclaimed Zaytinya. From there he went on as the Executive Chef at The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA earning four-stars from The Los Angeles Times and making GQ's "Best New Restaurants" list. Now he is looking to make his mark on Philadelphia at the Red Owl Tavern!
